Posted on 05 May 2010 by Android

Encipher Limited, a company based in Nigeria and the UK, has introduced a 7 inch tablet using Googles Android O/S. Currently, it is not clear where the tablet will be sold or how much it will cost.

However, we do now that the tablet should feature: a 7 inch with a 800 x 480 pixel display resolution, 802.11b/g WiFi, 16GB of storage and 512MB of RAM. The tablet runs Google Android 1.6 and has an external module pluged in via USB to allow it to connect to 3G mobile broadband networks. There should also be support for TV output via an HDMI port.

The tablet also features an SD card slot and at least two USB ports to allow expandability.
