Zinio, an Android Tablet app that lets users download and enjoy more than 20 thousand different magazines was announced on Tuesday and to celebrate this event, the company is offering Android 2.2, 2.3 and 3.0 tablet users access to 24 national magazines for free. Everyone who downloads the application by June 15 will be able to get the most current months editions of Esquire and National Geographic among other magazines for free. Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab users can download the application directly from their Android Market.

Keep in mind that digital subscriptions have a market premium which means they will have to pay a little more per month, however it’s much easier to carry a bunch of magazines on your tablet than in your suitcase when you travel.
