Hott, a chinese electronics maker, was showing off a 4.8-inch touchscreen tablet, powered by an ARM9 Rockchip-based processor and running the Android OS, at CeBIT. Hott is claiming video playback supporting up to 720p HD resolution but lacks any HDMI output.
